Lookups

(Settings ą Lookups)

Lookups contain 7 items (Terms, C/S Reps, Pop-Up Notes, Ship Via, Categories, Glass/Backs and Users). These allow you to easily control consistent sets of data used for data entry in various forms throughout Doorlister®.

·      In Terms, the Days & DayOfMonth in Terms do not affect any dates.

·      C/S Reps: Customer service reps can be associated with Customer records.

·      Pop-Up Notes are used in entering jobs on a per-item basis. The notes will show up in both Invoice/Ack and shop reports. Pop-up Notes are separated into the type of items they will be used for (Door, Front, Extra, etc.)

·      Ship Via is simply where your default shipping methods will go.

·      Categories give another way of sorting everything in your add/edit door definitions menu.

·      Glass Back Treatment: Allows you to define different options for Glass Back Treatments.

·      Users: These users can specify their name on a Job by Job basis and have this show up on the reports as the user who entered the job.

·      Export Names: These can be used to substitute Part Names on various exports out to machinery.
